|Gives a basic flask of blood potion with preset quality of blood. Can be used to create a single blood-type potion, or a combined blood potion, as would be created using the [[Blood Homogenizer]].&lt;br /&gt;
* The Quality arguments are defined as an integer between 1 and 100.&lt;br /&gt;
* The third, fourth, and fifth arguments are only required if generating a mixed blood potion for two blood types.&lt;br /&gt;
* The fifth argument defines the tier of trait to include from the secondary blood.  As with the Blood Homogenizer, the tier 4 benefit cannot be directly selected, but is automatically included alongside the selected tier trait if the secondary blood quality is at least 90%.&lt;br /&gt;
* The secondary blood quality must be at least equal to the minimum threshold for the tier specified (Tier 1 &amp;gt;= 1%, Tier 2 &amp;gt;= 30%, Tier 3 &amp;gt;= 60%)&lt;br /&gt;
