Cypress Trees can primarily be found in the [https://vrising.fandom.com/wiki/Dunley_Farmlands?so=search#Dunley_Monastery Dunley Monastery], in front of the gates and throughout the front half of the Monastery. A smaller number can be found at the entrance and bridge to the Horse Track in the Dunley Farmlands. Fewer still can be found in front of the Fortress of Light in [[Silverlight Hills]]. Cypress Saplings have a higher-than-average droprate compared to other saplings due to the limited number of natural spawns.

Cypress Saplings can be planted in player territory through the hotbar. Once selected it will bring up the build menu, allowing it to be planted in an empty {{ItemFrame|Large Growing Plot|type=structure}}.
