'''Depleted Batteries''' can be found in both [[Gloomrot South]] and [[Gloomrot North]].<br>They are guaranteed to drop from Tech Scrap Piles and all machine enemies such as Driller, Gattler, Zapper and Lightning Protector. They can be purchased from the [[Treasure Hunter Trade Post]] for {{ItemFrame|Goldsun Coin|20|discountable=N}}s (depleted) or {{ItemFrame|Goldsun Coin|40|discountable=N}}s (charged).

Charging the batteries is done at a "Lightning Harvester", four of which can be found at [https://vrising.fandom.com/wiki/Map:Vardoran?marker=31 Thunderstrike Peak] and [https://vrising.fandom.com/wiki/Map:Vardoran?marker=32 Stormdrain Hills]. Batteries can only be charged 10 at a time, and doing so will disable and overload the Lightning Harvester for 300 seconds, causing repeated lightning strikes in the nearby area.
