Gloomrot South is located to north of [[Map:Vardoran|Vardoran]], north of [[Dunley Farmlands]], south of [[Gloomrot North]] and west of [[Cursed Forest]]. The area is filled with sludge pools where Mutants spawn.<div style="display:none">__TOC__</div>__NOTOC__

Players can find resources such as {{ItemFrame|Mutant Grease}}, {{ItemFrame|Plague Brier}}, {{ItemFrame|Tech Scrap}}, {{ItemFrame|Depleted Battery}}, {{ItemFrame|Radium Alloy}}, {{ItemFrame|Gloom Wood}} and [[File:Item RegularMiststone.png|30px]][[Gems|Regular Gems]].

This is a late Act II region recommended to [[Gear Level]] 60 or higher.

===Gloomrot South Waygate===
''An old Vampire Waygate. A suitable target for teleportation magic.''

There's only 1 in the region.

===Trancendum Camp===
''A small Trancendum camp holding only a limited amount of supplies.''

There are lots of these camps at Gloomrot with a small group of Trancendum [[enemies]] inside them. The ones at the south can be farmed for {{ItemFrame|Tech Scrap}} and {{ItemFrame|Mutant Grease}}.

===Gloomrot Farm===
''A small Farm holding only a limited amount of supplies.''

A small area with some Trancendum enemies and containers. Players can use them to farm items, especially {{ItemFrame|Tech Scrap}} and {{ItemFrame|Scroll}}s.

===Trancendum Mine===
''A mine operated by the Trancendum, where they extract resources used in their various experiments and technological advancements.''

This area is filled with {{ItemFrame|Copper Ore}} and {{ItemFrame|Sulphur Ore}} but it's patrolled by lots of Trancendum enemies including Drillers and Sentry officers.

===Trancendum Machine Factory===

''A factory producing various components that help keep the Trancendum's society prosperous. This naturally includes expanding their arsenal.''

A big area patrolled by lots of Trancendum enemies including Drillers and Sentry officers. Players can use it to farm {{ItemFrame|Radium Alloy}}, {{ItemFrame|Tech Scrap}} and {{ItemFrame|Scroll}}s.

===Pools of Rebirth===

''Remnants of the Trancendum's experiments; a giant toxic pool of sludge. The pollution spreads across the southern region of Gloomrot, affecting wildlife, molding it into something different.''

A big area patrolled by both Trancendum enemies and mutants, including Flesh Golems. Players can use it to farm {{ItemFrame|Mutant Grease}} and {{ItemFrame|Sludge-filled Canister}}s.

===Rustlock Village===

''A bustling village with plenty of resources.''

A village with lots of containers and breakables with ramdom loot and some Trancendum enemies. Common loot includes {{ItemFrame|Tech Scrap}}, {{ItemFrame|Scroll}}s, {{ItemFrame|Mutant Grease}}, {{ItemFrame|Fish Bone}}s, {{ItemFrame|Silver Coin}}s, [[Jewels]], Regular Gems and Recipes.

===Dracula's Demise===
V Blood: [[Lord Styx the Night Champion]]<br>
''The site of Dracula's defeat at the hand of the Church of Luminance centuries ago. The area is covered with blood crystals, remnants after the immense powers once released here. The Legion of Noctum are excavating the resource for their rituals in Mortium. Lord Styx oversees the operation.''

This is the only area with {{ItemFrame|Blood Crystal}} nodes, and its patroled by high-level Legion of Noctum enemies such as Sanguinary Guards and Dark Temptresses that can drop {{ItemFrame|Bat Hide}}. It is also guarded by [[Talzur the Winged Horror]], who will bombard the player with projectiles from above.
