===Strategy===

You should be at matched status to Styx or have full set of the upgraded Dread plate armour sanguine weapons and amulet of the blade master.

For spells you should have [[Ward of the Damned]], [[Veil Of Blood|Veil of Blood]], [[Blood Fountain]] and [[Raging Tempest]]. You should prioritize healing before attacking. His most problematic attack is his "This is your end" attack or "A few allies".

So you could just tank the hits or heal through them. With ward of the damned counter his double kill attack. For his lunge just sidestep to the sides. Bat friends is the easiest attack to avoid just go forth or backwards. Styx's death spin can be dodged by sidestepping which is the best option just be sure when he does his spin to be far away). For his ultimate attack you should just heal through it plus Styx takes reduced damage during this move.
