Megara is found at the center of the arena, surrounded by her followers. damaging them or Megara herself causes her to initiate combat, instantly killing her followers and pushing back the player.

* '''Activate wells''': Causes two wells to activate and throw area targeted balls of venom around which make puddles on the ground for a while. Deals moderate damage.
* '''Venom bolt''': Throws an area targeted bolt of venom, jumping around twice before disappearing.
* '''Spiralling venom''': Causes an explosion in an area dealing moderate damage. Multiple venom bolts will spiral out of the location, which deal minor damage and can be blocked.
* '''Scream''': Dashes towards (or away from, if too close) the target and winds up a scream in a cone which knocks back and deals serious damage.
* '''Laser''': Winds up a linear laser and tries to intercept the target before shooting it, dealing serious damage.
* '''Volley''': Dashes around, then launches a volley of four homing projectiles (two on each side). Can be blocked, each projectile deals moderate damage.

Megara levitates and moves to the venom pool at the northern center, transforming to her true form. For the rest of the fight:

* Megara will have a body and a tail, both being targetable and active.
* Neither the body nor the tail can move around, being only able to move between wells (while they start at the northern pool, neither parts will go back there) . Once the body submerges, the runes around the well she'll emerge from will glow white.
* The tail only has a slam ability which stuns, with hits being practically lethal as it leave you defenceless to the body's abilities.
* The body will use different abilities based on distance to the target.
* A venom storm will appear around the arena, closing in at times forcing you to get close to the boss.

* '''Swing''': Swings her blade in an arc. Can be blocked, deals serious damage.
* '''Cleave''': Slams down her blade, then cleaves in an arc which also releases projectiles in the same arc. Can be blocked, deals serious damage.

* '''Venom rain''': Shoots multiple area targeted venom bolts around herself, dealing moderate damage.
