==Strategy==&lt;br /&gt;
Meredith will frequently fight [[Kriig the Undead General]] and his skeleton warriors, leaving one of them dead and the other on low enough health that they&amp;#039;ll be easier to defeat. On brutal difficulty, Kriig will almost always defeat Meredith due to his exploding undead unless the player intervenes to distract him or he spends too long standing on burning ground created by Meredith&amp;#039;s militia archers. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If the player chooses not to bait her into fighting Kriig, then it is still highly recommended to fight her inside the mine rather than at its entrance. Any militia soldiers and passing V Bloods (such as [[Vincent the Frostbringer]], [[Christina the Sun Priestess]], and [[Simon Belmont the Vampire Hunter]]) will come to Meredith&amp;#039;s aid if they spot her fighting there. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Meredith is most easily fought with ranged weapons and spells that allow the player to damage her while dodging her arrows and stuns. Her &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Blessed Shot&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; can be avoided by moving back and forth to confuse her predictive tracking. It is also recommended to be wary of her summoned Militia Guards, since their shield barrier can stun the player if they attack into it. &lt;br /&gt;
