==Overview==
After the Gloomrot update, Frost Magic Spells apply {{Debuff|Chill}}, which when applied on foes, slows their movement speed by 15% for 5s.

Additionally some abilities can inflict {{Debuff|Freeze}}, which freezes your enemies solid, making them unable to move or act for 4s.

Deals 25% spell damage, inflicts {{Debuff|Chill}} and staggers the target for 1s if the target is immune to {{Debuff|Freeze}}.

In Hotfix #9 the {{Debuff|Freeze}} applied by the jewel modifier was lowered from a '''4s''' to '''3s''' duration.

In Update 1.1 the shield value was reduced from '''100%''' to '''70%''', and the Jewel Modifier that increases shield reduced from '''36-60%''' to '''20-40%'''. In addition, the duration of the shield was reduced from '''5s''' to '''4s'''.
