Blood Altar was a structure unlocked early on after completing the Getting Ready for the Hunt quest.

Trivia

• The Blood Altar used to assist in locating V Blood Carriers by "tracking" them with a red swirling blood cone. In the Gloomrot expansion, the Blood Altar was removed, as the ability to track V Bloods became part of the base game's UI.

• The Blood Altar's model has now been repurposed in Update 1.0 as the "Altar of Recollection" for resetting spell choices.
