Golden Chests are special chests that can be found rarely inside of or around various points of interest. They resemble the Vampire Lockbox except made of gold. Golden Chests contain higher quality items on average compared to a regular chest and have a much higher chance of containing cosmetic items like Hats and unique Cloaks.
Unlike more common containers, Golden chests need to be "unlocked", requiring several seconds of channeling before its contents can be accessed. The channel is required every time a player wants to access it.
