Ruins of Mortium is located at the far east of Vardoran, east of Dunley Farmlands, south of Cursed Forest and north of Hallowed Mountains. The entire area is cloudy, meaning Sun Exposure is not a concern unless the player uses ![]()

There are 2 V Blood Carriers roaming the roads of Mortium, General Elena the Hollow and General Cassius the Betrayer. This is a late Act II region recommended to Gear Level 53 or higher.
Unlike all other locations in Vardoran there are no plots for building Castles in the Ruins of Mortium.

An old Vampire Waygate. A suitable target for teleportation magic.

Vampire Merchant Camp
Traveling merchants have set up camp here, happy to take trade with any passing vampire.

An ancient vampire outpost established during the Great War, abandoned after the fall of Dracula. The Legion of Noctum has set up camp here using the local waygate to summon Dracula's reinforcements into Vardoran.

The ruins of an old bastion in the northern region of Mortium. The Legion of Noctum has set camp here aiming to restore it to its former glory. The Noctum general Valencia has established her base here, supervising the war efforts in Mortium.

The ruins of an old bastion in the southern region of Mortium. The Legion of Noctum are currently in preparations to make it a summoning site capable of calling forth Dracula's army from the Shadow Realm.

Abandoned and left for ruin over centuries, Dracula's castle has now reawakened with the arrival of the Legion of Noctum. They work tirelessly to bring their Immortal King back in his true form.

Despite remaining unattended for centuries, Dracula's garden is eerily well preserved. Its growth has stretched past its borders into the wilderness of Mortium, twisting nature with an unnatural presence of blood-colored vegetation.
