The Endbringers Shard. They're obtained as a rare drop from tier 2 Rift Incursions.

- Explosive Bullet Recast window is 2 seconds.
- In the 1.1 October patch Fan the Hammer was granted 35% movement speed while channeling by default, and The Endbringers bonus was increased to 50% total.
- Explosive Bullet's recast explosion damage was reduced to 50% from 75%.
