Has a ~5% chance of dropping from Level 79 - 84 V Blood Carriers and a 25% chance of dropping from Gorecrusher the Behemoth, Solarus the Immaculate, Talzur the Winged Horror, Adam the Firstborn & Megara the Serpent Queen.
