Wings of the Fallen is one of two Legendary Slashers forged using its corresponding 
Wings of the Fallen Shard. It's obtained as a rare drop from tier 2 Rift Incursions.

Notes
- Vampiric Curse is a debuff that deals damage and heals the user once it expires after 3 seconds. The curse explosion can be avoided by going immaterial, such as when using a Veil Spell.
