Oaksong is the Legendary Longbow that can be forged using its corresponding 
Oaksong Shard. It's obtained as a rare drop from tier 2 Rift Incursions.
It was buffed significantly in the 1.1 October patch, as Multishot now inflicts Static, and the stun is no longer conditional on full Focus stacks.
