Weeping Willow Saplings are a Sapling which can sometimes dropped when destroying Weeping Willow trees in the Ruins of Mortium area. Weeping Willow trees can be commonly found in Dracula's Castle Garden.
Weeping Willow Saplings can be planted in player territory through the hotbar. Once selected it will bring up the build menu, allowing it to be planted in an empty 
Large Growing Plot.
