Militia Helmet is a cosmetic Tier 1/2 Hat. Hats of this tier can be obtained from fishing (3.17%), chests (7.5%) and carriages (10%) in Farbane Woods / Dunley Farmlands, Ruins of Mortium, Gloomrot South.
