Dusk Caller is a crafted consumable item. It allows you to summon a swarm of bats to transport a subdued human back to the nearest unoccupied 
Prison Cell within your realm. Can only be used while 
Dominate is active.
If you're in a clan, it will transport the human to nearest unoccupied prison cell within all your castles. If you'd like to ensure the target is transported to a specific prison cell, make sure that cell is the only unoccupied one at the time.
