Irradiant Gruel is a crafted consumable item. It increases the blood quality of a prisoner by +1% ~ +2%, but has a 35% chance to turn the prisoner into a raging mutant.
The Mutant created will always be the mutant Abomination and cannot be dominated. If a prisoner is transformed into an abomination, it must be killed.

- Drinking the Irradiant Gruel puts you in combat and deals damage over time for a few seconds.
- It is possible to obtain Irradiant Gruel as a rare random loot in Gloomrot, but the player will be unable to feed it to prisoners until they have defeated Angram the Purifier.
