Alpha the White Wolf, Keely the Frost Archer, Rufus the Foreman, Errol the Stonebreaker, Lidia the Chaos Archer, Kodia the Ferocious Bear & Finn the Fisherman - these only have a 25% chance to drop one. Also rarely drops from normal Enemies.
