Finn is a legendary fisherman who hails from the rocky shores of Silverlight Hills. Caught fishing in the Church of Luminance's "sacred" waters, he was set to be executed by live burial at sea. The fisherman emerged from the depths, mysterious and miraculously alive, and went into hiding in the safety of the lawless lands of the Farbane Woods.

Attacks

Fish slap: A two hit combo where he slaps the player with a fish, then follows up with a kick.
Tornado: Winds up before performing a spin attack with his fishing pole that deals damage and knocks the player back.
Throw Net: Much like the Trapper ability, Finn swings a net around before throwing it into the AoE indicator. Players still in that zone when he throws the net will be pulled to Finn's location and briefly prevented from moving. Additionally, any piranhas and pufferfish hit by the attack are also pulled and can hit the player.
Summon Piranhas: Summons 3 Hungry Piranha enemies, which slowly chase the player while attempting to use a rapidly hitting melee attack.
Summon Pufferfish: Summons 3 Pufferfish enemies which deal damage and apply Chill to any player they touch. Dealing any damage to a Pufferfish will cause it to be knocked away. If a Pufferfish is knocked into Finn, it will be killed and Finn will be briefly stunned. If a Pufferfish is killed by any other means it will fire 10 chilling projectiles in every direction around it.
Summon Serpent: Summons a Young Sea Serpent with a melee bite attack and ranged attack that launches 3 ice projectiles in a fan pattern and applies Chill. Finn may use this attack multiple times if the fight lasts long enough, even if the first serpent is not killed.

Brutal Difficulty

Summon Serpent: In Brutal difficulty, this mob is significantly larger and its bite creates a field of ice in a straight line that applies Chill. Its ranged attack also fires 4 AoE ice projectiles instead of 3 ice projectiles in a fan pattern.

Strategy

This fight is all about managing Finn's many summons. Area of effect abilities and movement abilities are important for allowing the player to deal with the summons while also keeping up with Finn. However, players should avoid killing the pufferfish and instead try to push them into Finn to stun him.

On Brutal difficulty, the Young Sea Serpent becomes a massive threat due to its strong AoE attacks requiring constant dodging and sidestepping. Having a weapon that provides additional maneuverability (such as the Axe or Mace) can help with this. The serpent's high health makes it relatively difficult to kill quickly so players may be better off dodging it while focusing all their damage on Finn.
