Location

Goreswine can be found roaming around the southern Farbane Woods, traveling between the Desecrated Cemetery and the Infested Cemetery escorted by four Armoured Skeletons.

Attacks

Corrupted Skull - A ranged attack that fires a single skull and snares the player if it hits.
Bone Explosion - An explosion that covers the ground in a poison cloud.
Quad Explosion - They shout "Suffer for us, suffer!", spawns 4 poison clouds total, and teleports elsewhere.
Ultimate Explosion - At half health they shout "Drink it in, the chaos!", becomes temporarily invulnerable, spawns multiple poison clouds 3 times in a row, and teleports elsewhere.

Brutal Difficulty (and Incursion Rifts)

Corrupted Skull - Their ranged attack now also deals damage over time.
Bone Explosion - They spawn more Bone explosions per cast.

Strategy

Goreswine travels between the two southernmost graveyards in Farbane Woods with an entourage of 4 Armoured Skeletons. While inside the graveyards they will be assisted by numerous skeletons so it's recommended to either clear the skeletons out before fighting them or attack them on the road. Notably they will often run into and attack Lidia the Chaos Archer or Alpha the White Wolf as well as any Creature or Bandits on the road. Even if Goreswine wins this fight, they'll often lose a lot of health making it easier to defeat them.

It is strongly recommended to fight Goreswine in a wide open area so it's less likely that they completely cover the ground in poison. Ranged weapons and spells are also recommended so that the player can continue to attack Goreswine even while they're standing in the middle of his poison.
