Overview
After the Gloomrot update, Unholy Magic Spells apply Condemn.
In the 1.1 Spring Update its bonus damage to low health enemies was increased from 40% to 50%.
Skeleton Warrior / Skeleton Mage has health equal to 200% of your Spell Power, and deals 30% / 50% of your Spell Power as magic damage. They cannot crit.

History
In the Early Access version of V Rising Corrupted Skull existed in another form under the name 
Pestilence.
It had a cooldown of 7s, 2 charges and the following effect:
| “ | Launch a wave of 3 unholy projectiles that each deal 40% magic damage, knocks target back and inflict Amplify that increases damage taken by 25% for 5s. | ” |
After the Secrets of Gloomrot expansion on May 17th, 2023, it was reworked to its current iteration.
