Overview
Added in the Secrets of Gloomrot Update on May 17th, 2023.
Was changed in Update 1.0 from a backwards dash to an input direction dash.
In 1.0 Hotfix #6, this spell's damage was increased from 160% to 170%.
In 1.0 Hotfix #9 this spell's damage was decreased from 170% to 160%, but the cast time was reduced from 1s to 0.8s. Additionally, travel distance was reduced from 5 to 4 units, and canceling the cast now refunds 50% of the cooldown.
In Update 1.1 it received the following changes:
- Damage increased from 160% to 170%.
- Tweaked effects and sizing of effect to improve clarity and the position of the spear projectile
- Reduced cast time from 0.8s to 0.7s
- The movement is now slightly snappier than before
In the 1.1 Spring Update cooldown refund when canceling the spell early was reduced from 50% to 35%, and the damage penalty per hit jewel modifier was changed from 6 - 10% to 8 - 16%.
