Attacks
- Overhead Swing - Basic melee attack.
- Uppercut - At short range, he runs at the player with an uppercut swing.
- Get Over Here - He throws 3 hammers which pull the player toward him if they get hit.
- Knockback - He shouts "I'm gonna hammer you out!" and does a spin attack that knocks the player back.
- Caltrops - He shouts "I've got the tool for the job!" and throws multiple caltrops to the ground, dealing damage and snaring the player if they step on them. They can be destroyed by equipping the invulnerability armors and walking over them. While invulnerable, the player cannot use any attacks.
- Summon Minion - He shouts "You can't stop me!" and summons a Poacher.
Brutal Difficulty
- Get Over Here - Upgraded to throw 5 hammers instead of 3.
- Summon Minion - Upgraded to summon a Deadeye instead of a Poacher.
Strategy
Grayson's fight revolves around managing his caltrops by using the 4 armor stands around the arena to turn invulnerable and destroy them. His abilities which knockback and pull the player become much more dangerous while the caltrops are deployed because he can easily push/pull the player into multiple caltrops if they get hit. However, there are only 4 armor stands in his arena so the player needs to be careful not to use them all up too quickly if the fight drags on.
It is advised to prioritize on removing the caltrops in the center of the arena first since they are the ones you're most likely to to be pushed or pulled into. Counter abilities (such as the starting ability ![]()
Blood Rite) are very effective at negating his knockbacks if the player can properly time them).
On Brutal Difficulty it is important to prioritize killing his summoned Deadeyes since they're much more threatening than the Poachers.
