Ogre can be found in the Frozen Cave within the Hallowed Mountains.

Attacks

Swipe - Terrorclaw swipes in front of him, then slams forward, freezing.
Charge - Terrorclaw roars, then leaps forward and bites.
Slam - Terrorclaw slams the ground, creating three lines of ice. After a delay, icicles appear on the lines, freezing. Ice Block/Phantom Aegis can be used to MITIGATE the damage received if a dodge/side step is not an option for you or a teammate.
Roar - Terrorclaw roars, incapacitating nearby enemies.
Icicles - Terrorclaw slams the ground multiple times, causing icicles to be dropped on the ground. These block most of his abilites.
Throw ice - Terrorclaw picks up a icicle, then throws to the player stunning on hit. This projectile pierces icicles on the ground. Looks to be intercepting (aimed toward a location which would hit if the target kept moving in the same direction). This attack can be fully parried with abilities such as Blood Rite, abilities such as Ward Of The Damned will NOT work(Ward of the Damned appears to work as of the Gloomrot update).
Freezing breath - Terrorclaw glows blue-white, then releases two waves in a large cone, freezing. The damage scales with proximity. This attack is blocked by icicles.
Arctic leap - Terrorclaw leaps in the air, slamming down in a large area dealing AoE damage.
Upon landing, 4 novas of frost radiate out from the center, freezing.
