After the Gloomrot update, Chaos Magic Spells apply Ignite. Also, the magic damage decreased from 125% to 110%.
In Update 1.1 this spell's damage was increased from 115% to 120%.
In the 1.1 October patch the spell's damage was increased from 120% to 125%.
